...och därmed har vi två lag i DPO!
Citera
Hello all,
We have reached the maximum number of teams that can compete in the Team Championship at DPO 2006; a total of 10 teams have registered in the past days: four teams from The Netherlands, two from Belgium, two from Sweden, one from Germany and one from the United Kingdom. I don't have all the names of the individuel players at this very moment. Please provide me with the missing names (Germany, United Kingdom and Holland 3 (Barry Stolp) ). As soon as I know all the names I will publish them on the DPO website.
I have changed the schedule a little so we can play with ten teams (2 groups of five) instead of eight. The format of the competition is unchanged!
The schedule now looks like the following:
12.00: group stage - 1st round
13.00: group stage - 2nd round
14.00: group stage - 3rd round
15.00: group stage - 4rd round
16.00: group stage - 5th round
17.00: semi finals + matches for 5th, 7th and 9th place
18.00: match for 3rd place
19.00: break
20.00: final
Since we are on a tight schedule it is very important that all teams show up at the right place in the right time! During the group stage each team will have one round "off".
The players of the two teams that make it to the final are automatically qualified for the individual finals on Sunday. All the other players get a second chance in the individual qualification (after 19.00 hours).
As you may know there is a small extra fee for Team Competition (15 euro per team). Please wire this to the well known bank accounts. Foreign visitors can also pay at the entrance if they prefer that.
It would be nice if all teams could show up in some team attire (same shirts). This makes it also easier for me to identify everybody. Name badges will be handed out at the entrance.
If you have any questions; don't hesitate to contact me. Please pass this message on to your teammates.
Finally I would like to thank you all for your registration. I am sure the Team Championship on saturday september 30th will be a great succes. May the best team win!
Looking forward to see you all,
Theo van Vroenhoven
