På förekommen anledning: Som ni kan se på http://www.europinball.org/players.aspx så har ett gäng länder redan lämnat in sina listor. Det beror antagligen på att många länder hade den 18/4 som nationella sista-datum. Jag är lite snällare och planerar att vara vaken vid midnatt den 1/5, så Sverige har 30/4 som sista-datum.

Ni behöver alltså inte vara oroliga för att några platser ska ta slut eller liknande - vi har fortfarande våra tio reserverade platser kvar.

The latest I have from Lieven says "As from tomorrow onwards, till end of April, we are accepting the pre-registrations per country-", sent on April 17.

There's nothing in there about payment requirement of April 27? Is that the email you got when registering?

Lieven accepterar pre-registrations från och med den 18/4 till och med den 1/5. Jag antar att hans tanke var att den nationella deadlinen är 18/4, och sen har landsdirektören två veckor på sig att skicka in prylarna. Varför man nu skulle behöva det vet jag däremot inte.

Anyway - för att göra det lite tydligare så inför jag ett tredje datum: Deadline i den här tråden blir [f+]midnatt mellan den 30/4 och 1/5[/f+]. Då har jag en dag på mig att skicka in det.

We are very pleased to officially announce the dates for this year's California Extreme Arcade and Pinball Show.  It will be held on July 18-19, 2015 at the same fantastic location - the Hyatt Regency in Santa Clara, California. Please join us for our 19th show with hundreds of your favorite arcade and pinball games, both past and present, all gathered together for another fun-filled weekend of pure arcade excitement for folks of all ages!
 
We are working on this year’s lineup of seminars, guest speakers, and other arcade-themed events that make the show so much fun each year. On that note, we are looking to you, the arcade community, for suggestions for topics and speakers.  Is there something you would like to see presented (or even to present yourself)? This is your chance to let us know what you would like to see! Send us an e-mail at info@caextreme.org and let us know. We welcome all suggestions and will consider each one carefully.
 
The Hyatt is giving us a great room rate for the show ($109.00) and we encourage you to take advantage of this reduced rate on one of their very nice four-star rooms.  The show will be in the hotel, so you’ll be just a few steps away from all the action! Free parking is also included in this rate which is good from Thursday night, July 16 through Sunday night, July 19 (other dates are available under our block at a higher rates). We will be open until 2am on Saturday night, so plan accordingly.  You might also stay on Sunday night so you don’t need to check out before the show finishes and you can enjoy it to the end or enjoy a nice Monday at Great America.  The Hyatt is located close to San Jose airport which will make it easy to get to your rooms.  Click here to book your room or for more information on room bookings, click here.
 
Note: In the last several years the hotel has sold out and we expect it will sell out quickly, so we encourage you to consider booking early to make sure you get your room.
 
Start making your plans, requesting time off work, making reservations by planes, trains, automobiles, and especially trucks to come out and join us for another crazy, arcade-filled weekend!
 
And be sure to let us know if you're interested in bringing games and/or volunteering to help us out by contacting us at info@caextreme.org.  This year we again have the entire ballroom (22,500 square feet) so there will be plenty of room for your prized arcade-related games that you might be inclined to bring/show off.  Both are most welcome (and can possibly be worth free admission and/or other goodies!).
