printimus: Hello! The competition have a maximum of 40 participants and it just became full. But don't worry, I will put you up as reserves as I believe there will be some people dropping off, and if not, I might be able to squeese you in if you are able to arrive early for qualifying?

You know, I'd appreciate some solution that allowed us to fully participate in the tournament before I buy the tickets and don't want to do this just before the departure. Maybe you could ask if anyone from the list already knows they won't show up? it will help a lot.
