Registration open
We've opened the registration for Hungarian Pinball Open. You can register here:
http://www.flippermuzeum.hu/esemenyek-es-versenyek/verseny-regisztracio/hungarian-pinball-open/individual-registration.html November 7th, 17:00 to 18:45 - door opening and registration, qualifier will begin at 19:00.
On November 8th we're going to open the doors of our museum at 8 am (you can register until 8:45), while qualifying will start at 9 in the morning.
The semi-final is expected to start at 3 pm.
The classic tournament (starting Friday!) will run parallel with the main competition.
A couple of important things to know:
- The grand prize is a fully refurbished arcade machine, which was one of the most popular games in the 90s.
- Those are guaranteed participants, who register until September 23rd midnight (and pay before October 10th), even if he/she can only get onto the waiting list.
- Should you make your payment no later than October 10th, you'll get a plate of beef stew (goulash) on Saturday.
- The registration fee is EUR 33, which includes the entry on Friday/Saturday (plus playing on the training and woodrail pins), moreover it entitles you to take part in classic contest.
- You can also transfer the entry fee to a bank account (only on request).
- Cash payment for registration can be made at the museum too (until October 10th), which obviously primarily matters to players who live in Hungary.
- Attendants (relatives only) also must be registered to enter (which can be made via online registering by making a comment about their names in the appropriate field), they're not allowed to play pinball during the contest.
- We ask you to leave a comment at the latest (!) when registering, if Friday or Saturday is not suitable to you for qualifying (because in a very limited way we can change your group schedule date taking into account the balance of power).
- This registration fee doesn't apply to Visitors' day (Sunday), on that day entrance will cost HUF 3500 to everyone; we are going to give you some more detail on this event in October.
- You must not bring food and drinks to the gallery, as a buffet will operate at the museum, but quality homemade "pálinka" (Hungarian spirit) will be served periodically for free.
- After party as soon as the finals finished!
